You'll have to go a long way to find better service anywhere else other then Outdoor King. My Kohler engine fitted to a Torro Mower needed a starter motor, Torro could not supply and part number had changed with new number in hand I found Outdoor King and they had the new part number but the starter within there detailed description the solenoid was too long, on reading down the huge list of Kohler models mine was not on the list.
One phone call to Outdoor King (Bruce) he found my model updated the website to include my needed new starter motor with photo and description while I was on the phone to him! They had it in stock and it was at my door in 3 days, perfect copy of original bolted straight on and fixed my problem!!
Thank you Outdoor King I will buy from this company again.
