Question: How do I place an order over the phone?
Answer: First you need to register online, once you have done that you can either add items to your cart or call us and we will do it for you
Question:  Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase from OutdoorKing online?
Answer:   No you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us (it is your choice). We use the PayPal gateway for credit card purchases as it is the most secure payment method on the internet. Also note that we do not hold any credit card information for your own security.
Question:  Is OutdoorKing a Australian Owned and Operated Company?
Answer:  Yes we are and have been operating for well over 30 Years in the Sydney Metro Area
Question:  I have noticed that quite a few genuine spare parts also fit other brand names as well.
Answer:  Yes they do and some of the brands names are McCulloch, Poulan, Husqvarna, MTD, Rover, Craftsman, Troy-bilt just to name a few. We do our best to show on the listings the different brands that parts fit even if they are multiple genuine brands.
Question: If I have a model number for my piece of equipment how do I search for it?
Answer:  You have about three options that you can use and they are:
1. Use the search box on the top right of the online store.
2. Use the Parts Lookup located on the top bar of the site
3. Use the Spare Parts Help if the models are not listed in the Parts Lookup.
Question: Do you offer Trade Discounts?
Answer:  Yes we do offer trade discounts for all commercial users around Australia on our rage of products online.
Question:  If I want to order the same products how do I do this at a later date.
Answer:  Thta is very easy to do because all your purchases are kept in MY ACCOUNT and all you need to do is login to be able to download your old invoices in PDF format. We have found this very helpfull for our customers that want copies for invoices.

Reward Point Program FAQ


What is the Reward Point Program?
To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we would like to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.
Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at OutdoorKing  you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend.
Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at OutdoorKing.


How does the Program work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points.
All pending points are listed in your Side Cart and will stay there until approved/confirmed by OutdoorKing.
Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance.


Points and Values
Currently, for every $1.00 spent at OutdoorKing  you'll earn 1.00 point. Each point is worth $0.02 off a future purchase.
For example:
          Product Cost:  $250.00
          Value of Points Earned:  $5.00


Redeeming Shopping Points
If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at OutdoorKing.
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.



Minimum Points Required
Currently, a minimum balance of 250 points ($5.00) is required before you can redeem them.


Minimum Purchase Amount Required
Currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount required for redeeming your points.


Maximum Points Redemption’s allowed per order
Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, so save for that big prize.


Will I earn points for shipping fees?
When calculating the amount of points earned. Shipping fees are excluded.


Will I earn points for tax fees?
When calculating the amount of points earned. Taxes are excluded.


Will I earn points for discounted products?
When calculating the amount of points earned. All items which their price have been discounted are included, points will be awarded to the discount price value.  


Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?


Products Restrictions
Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points balance.


Conditions of Use

  • Shopping Points are only available to registered OutdoorKing  member's.
  • Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at OutdoorKing.
  • Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
  • Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
  • When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
  • When calculating the amount of points earned. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
