Shipping & Returns

 

We ship worldwide.

We use Australia Post and Courier’s Please for most of our domestic deliveries and charge a flat fee starts at  $14.50 (500g) up to 3 Kilos Australia wide except for Bar blades and large/bulky items. 

NOTE that freight companies will cube bulky items. Even if the weight is less than 3 kilos the cube rate could work out to at least 5 Kilos.

Unless hindered by size, we always use express bags as it can be tracked. Tracking info whenever available is posted in the “My Account” section.

International/ overseas shipping cost depends on how you wish the items to be sent eg. air, sea, courier etc. Likewise, tracking or registration info (if possible) is also provided in the “My Account” section for your reference.

We do not combine orders. Each order is sent seperatly.

WEBSITE ADDITIONAL PROVISION ON BACK ORDERS

Outdoorking reserves the right to refund or cancel orders that have an ETA of longer than 2 weeks.  This would greatly depend on the information provided by the  supplier/importer/manufacturer with regards to the product’s availability.  Whenever possible, the customer will be consulted and advised about the matter. Outdoorking is only a dealer/ wholesaler/ retailer and reseller of all the brands on offer.

Shipping Times

Some of our suppliers are from the United States, so our shipping times vary from each manufacturer. If an item is already in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Otherwise, the shipping times could be up to 7-10 working days from order.  Customers will be informed for any possible delay outside of the normal waiting times. 

 

 

 


 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may return your order, if incorrectly supplied by OutdoorKing, strictly within 7 days of invoice date, for a full refund, including your return freight costs. You need to contact us first before sending out anything. Otherwise, NO REFUND will be granted.

However, there will be NO REFUNDS on electrical components that have been fitted or tested incorrectly or incorrectly ordered without authorisation. We are happy to exchange parts for incorrectly ordered parts.

If you need to make a return, please email Outdoorking for Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Your refund or store credit will be processed upon receipt of the returned part, providing the part is in its orignal condition.

ALL RETURNS NOT the fault of OutdoorKing, will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS which are not the fault of OutdoorKing, will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. CANCELLATIONS of orders need to be made strictly within 24 hours from placement of the order to avoid the re-stocking fee.

We WILL WAIVE this re-stocking fee if you are happy to have the refund applied to your online account. A store credit will be issued to you.

 

Additional Guidelines on OutdoorKing’s Return Policy:

  • All products returns or exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at (02) 9011-6036 or emailing [email protected]. No goods will be processed for return or exchange without the RMA reference. Please ensure that the items are properly tagged with the order number and RMA when sent back to us.

· You only have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange the product/s. The date of the receipt will be based on the date reported by Australia Post on their tracking site. 

  • The following product/items will not be  eligible for return/exchange processes and may be sent back to you at your own cost:
    • Any product not purchased from Outdoorking.com.
    • Any product /item without the RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation) information
    • Any product/item that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories,  the retail box and all other items originally included with the order ( eg. applicable gift with purchase- shirts, mousepads,caps).
    • Any product/item that exhibits physical damage or use.
    • Unless clearly branded, most of the spare parts on offer are generic and are replacement parts for the branded items. The product’s description as replacement parts is clearly stated on the listings and do not constitute any grounds of having mislead the customer. Hence, the return /exchange of these items will not permitted.
  • Shipping/Postage cost you have paid on the order are not refundable with the exception of the following circumstances:
    • Item received is faulty or was damaged in transit. Photos of damaged product is required to be sent prior to the issuance of the RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation).
    • The item received was not as described as per the original invoice order and /or not as described as per the website’s description at time of purchase.

 

  • Shipping cost/postage cost to return the item will be borne by the customer at all times. For product exchanges, we will ship the replacement item free of charge to you.

· We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or charge a 20% processing charge for any return /exchange that does not meet the provisions stated above.

We accept payments through PAYPAL using your VISA, BANKCARD and MASTERCARD

This is a great way to pay and you can print out a receipt through PAYPAL. You do not need an account with PAYPAL to use this option.
