Doug we have been chasing the importer for a price file now for around 10 years (we only find the difference when we call them for an item) and all we have to work from is a file from 11 years ago.
The excuse is that the price file changes on a regular basis and as we have explained to them we have other suppliers that change costing every month and we are supplied with price files to update the site.
It just proves how lazy some suppliers are with supplying information to resellers of their product.
