Weedeater Genuine Throttle Lever Kit BV1650 530071715

Received the products and found that they were not what I really needed. However I will place them in the spare parts drawer. What I really needed was the complete unit:
Lever
Rod
Butterfly
Screw

I thought that was what I was ordering. I assumed it was a complete lever as the broken one snapped at the screw position on the rod.

I now believe that I will need the complete carb assembly to achieve the repair properly.

I can't find fault with the service. I do appreciate the promptness of replies and interaction via email. What snapped was the bar that the butterfly screws on to. When it snapped the screw and buterfly were sucked into the crank case jamming the piston rod against the case. Those parts have been removed and the crank case cleaned of all foreign matter. What I need now is the comlete throttle assembly. Does that necessitate a new carb or can that be purchased as a separate item?

It was my confusion as to what constituted a Throttle assembly as I could not find any blow-up diagrams on the net that would give me the right info.
