The product is perfect & as described. Described shipping weight on the order was for over 5 kilos which was what the shipping price was based on. The item ordered only weighed approximately 1.2 kilos & so therefore arrived in a postage bag rated up to 3 kilos from memory, so am a little confused, but very pleased with the your services as the item arrived the next day following the order. Would have preferred to have a slower delivery option to lower postage fee as I did not need the ordered item in any hurry. Thankyou kindly for taking my comments.
