I have had my weedeater model 2560 over 30 years and have just damaged the impeller by sucking up something large that broke a blade of it. Found OutdoorKind stocked spare impellers so have ordered one to replace it. The impeller is threaded on so you have to hold the shaft one end with vice grips and then undo the impeller from the shaft. It may do another 30 years service hopefully.
