Firstly the product arrived promptly from Outdoor King which was great.
The product is as described and was easy to fit and came fully loaded with line.
Work better than the original I think with less line twists - HOWEVER...... the bump knob disintegrated on the first use and when the line wouldn't feed I had to go looking for it around the yard. I looked on the site and thought I could get a replacement but couldn't find it (I haven't pursues it as I haven't used the trimmer since!?)
I would have given 5 starts to the product and hope I can replace the bump knob when I finally get around to following it up.
