The flail is the correct replacement part. The service from Outdoorking was excellent.
A few words about replacing the parts: It's a bastard of a job. The existing flails were unchanged for about 12 years. The existing flails had worn a gentle groove in their shafts and lips had been formed on the holding tubes. It took a lot of lubricant (WD40), patience and time (about 4-5 hours) to replace the flails.
