Tanaka Genuine Brushcutter Inner Drive Shaft 6684773, 3443765121

I placed an order for this Tanaka driveshaft part with another large outdoor equipment firm late last year. 10 months later The part was still not available ,supposedly due to Covid and shipping delays, and the communication on the progress of my order was lacking .
I decided l, after looking on the Internet , to contact Outdoor King.
I explained my situation and the gentleman suggested I order the part online and he would see how quickly he could find one. He confirmed that there were delays in obtaining the part from overseas due to the current situation.
10 minutes later he called back saying that he had sourced the part and if I placed my order it would be sent express post.
Needless to say I’m very happy with the customer service and the correct part arrived quickly. I only wish Id known about outdoor king 10 months prior !
