When I first ordered this item, Outdoor King were onto it straightaway, and I was impressed with their responsive customer service (thanks Bruce!) Sadly, Aus Post stuffed up the delivery and lost my item. However, once I highlighted this to Outdoor King, again Bruce got onto it straightaway, even before he could guarantee Aus Post would refund him, and placed a second order which arrived safely within a few days.
