2022 in October ordered a small part for My yardking whipper snipper and only just received in February 2023. Tried calling them 5 or 6 times to follow up and basically got told the same thing every time shouldn't be too far away. Got told was briggs and stratton that was holding it up but I paid express shipping for 20 odd dollars and took 5 months to come and was never refunded for that. Poor customer service as he couldn't care if I got it or not and never refunded for it and when i called briggs and stratton exactly the same really poor service and job they do. If I could get the part somewhere else I definitely would have but couldn't. Just a joke

We have no control over the stock level and dispatch issues that the importer Briggs & Stratton has been having since August 2022. We have offered a full refund to customers who have long been waiting for their orders. Most of them decided to wait as that was the only option left. Your order was sent by Express Post immediately after we received the stock. The freight you paid for is the mode of delivery that will be used once the stock becomes available. For this part alone, there were 20 plus orders waiting. Every order has been served and now we have only 2 left in the inventory. Everyone waited because no one could get it anywhere. With the exception of your review, no one has complained about the wait they had to endure. We are the reseller and not the importer. Just the same, our apologies for the inconvenience.
