I have received two inner spools. I am unable to fit them as yet. The yellow outer casing has lost its outer plastic edges which secure the unit in the trimmer. I sent a photo of the casing yesterday to chat@outdoorking.com.au. I need a new outer casing to enclose the inner spool. Can you help me with this request please.
