I’m happy with the product, but I believe the postage costs were excessive for such a small product.
The foam filter was in its own plastic bag and would have fitted in a standard envelope; but was instead put in a 2nd bag, wrapped in bubble wrap then another plastic bag then in padded postage envelope.
Was this to justify the cost?

All our goods are shipped with tracking numbers and also wrapped with bubble wrap ( Standard Procedure)so they don't get damage in transit. As we don't get complaints about how we ship and how we pack our products we don't need to justify cost. The minimum for the postage is what we charged. The postage cost is not affected by the weight and how it is wrapped for as long as it is below 5 kilos and will fit in the bag. Bigger bags will cost more. Hence, we did not put the protective covering to be able to charge more. The last thing we need was for you to complain that the air filter element has been damaged due to transport. They don't travel via limousine nor is it accompanied by a personal assistant, unfortunately.
