The original part that was ordered was on back order and as I found out later there was no firm date for when it would become available. A week was wasted and it was not until I contacted Outdoorking about the delay that I found this fact out. I eventually ordered a genuine part at extra cost to complete the repair for my customer and was unhappy about the fact I was not kept informed about the delay. The part was fine but the service offered in this instance was terrible and and I will not be taking in repairs for Cox mowers in future.

As explained before the supplier of the generic part had changed hands and the change over period took quite a few months before the part was available again. We are sorry for they delay but it was out of our hands at the time and we were waiting on new stock to arrive.
