The Victor Starter Assembly was almost exactly like the one I pulled out. There is a twisty wire thingy to guide the pull cord and I did not like this so I used the old part instead which required two holes to be drilled in the casting. This involved undoing the cord and removing the handle (making sure not to let go of it) and passing it through the old cord guide and then putting the handle back on.
